WooCommerce Stores Built for Flexibility, Ownership & Growth
WooCommerce gives you something most ecommerce platforms don’t — complete control. Control over your design, your data, your checkout experience, your hosting, and the direction your store grows. But with that flexibility comes complexity, and complexity handled wrong leads to slow stores, broken integrations, and a maintenance headache that never goes away.
At Cre8ive Options, we design and build WooCommerce stores that are custom-built around your products and your customers — not assembled from a starter template and handed off. We handle the complexity so you get the freedom of WooCommerce without the frustration that comes from figuring it out alone.

Of all online stores run on WooCommerce
WooCommerce isn’t for everyone — and that’s exactly what makes it great for the businesses it is right for. If you’re already on WordPress, want full ownership of your data, need a level of customization that hosted platforms can’t match, or want to avoid monthly platform fees that scale with your revenue, WooCommerce is worth a serious look.
It’s the most flexible ecommerce solution available. You can build virtually any store experience you can imagine — custom product types, complex pricing rules, wholesale tiers, multi-vendor setups, subscription products, and more — without being limited by what a platform allows. The tradeoff is that it requires thoughtful setup, the right hosting environment, and ongoing care to perform at its best.
Not sure if WooCommerce is the right fit for your business? Let’s have an honest conversation — I’ll help you compare your options clearly, even if the answer points somewhere else.
What we DO
Our WooCommerce Services
Every WooCommerce project is different. The services below represent what we bring to the table — what your project actually includes depends on where you are, where you’re going, and what your store needs to get there.
Theme Design & Customization
WooCommerce works with virtually any WordPress theme — which sounds great until you realize how many wrong choices there are. We help you select or build the right foundation for your store, then customize it to match your brand precisely. Some projects call for a fully custom-built theme. Others are better served by a premium theme deeply modified to fit your vision. We assess your goals, timeline, and budget and recommend the approach that actually makes sense — not the one that’s easiest for us.
Product Catalog Architecture
How your catalog is structured determines how easy it is for customers to find what they need — and how easy it is for you to manage what you sell. We design your WooCommerce catalog intentionally: categories, subcategories, product attributes, variable products, custom fields, and filtering — all structured so your store is easy to navigate now and built to scale as your inventory grows.
Checkout & Cart Optimization
WooCommerce’s checkout is powerful, but it needs to be configured correctly and optimized aggressively. We streamline the cart and checkout experience, add trust signals, set up abandoned cart recovery, configure upsell and cross-sell placements, and remove every point of unnecessary friction between “Add to Cart” and “Order Confirmed” — because that’s where the sale is either won or lost.
Plugin Selection & Ecosystem Management
The WooCommerce plugin ecosystem is enormous — and most stores have too many of the wrong ones installed. Too many poorly built plugins slow your store down, create conflicts, and introduce security vulnerabilities. We audit what you have, identify what you actually need, configure the right plugins properly, and remove what’s doing more harm than good. A lean, well-managed plugin stack makes a measurable difference in performance and stability.
Payments, Shipping & Tax Configuration
WooCommerce supports dozens of payment gateways, shipping carriers, and tax configurations — and setting them up incorrectly creates real problems after launch. We configure your entire commerce backend correctly from the start: payment processing, shipping zones and rates, carrier integrations, and tax rules — so transactions process cleanly and you’re not untangling errors after every order.
Speed & Core Web Vitals
WooCommerce stores are notorious for getting slow over time — bloated plugins, unoptimized images, shared hosting, and poorly coded themes are the usual culprits. We audit your store’s performance baseline, identify exactly what’s dragging it down, and optimize accordingly. Faster stores rank better, convert better, and retain customers better. This isn’t optional — it’s foundational.
Analytics & Conversion Tracking
You can’t improve what you can’t measure. We connect Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and any other data sources your marketing strategy requires — configured correctly so your data is accurate, your attribution is reliable, and you can make informed decisions about where to invest your marketing dollars.
SEO Foundation
WooCommerce on WordPress gives you some of the best SEO tools available to an ecommerce store — but they have to be set up intentionally to work. We configure your SEO plugin, optimize page titles, meta descriptions, URL structure, image alt text, schema markup for products and reviews, and sitemap submission so search engines understand your store and you start building organic visibility from day one.
Training & Store Management Handoff
WooCommerce gives you a lot of control — and we make sure you know how to use it. We walk you through managing products, processing orders, running promotions, reading your analytics, and managing any custom functionality specific to your build. You’ll leave the project running your store confidently, not waiting for someone else to make basic updates.
THE PROCESS
From our first conversation to launch day, every WooCommerce project follows a clear, structured process — no surprises, no scope creep, no guesswork.
01
Discovery & Consultation
We start by understanding your business, your products, your customers, and your goals. Every design and technical decision we make flows from this foundation — so the store we build serves your revenue, your workflow, and your growth.
02
Strategy & Planning
Before any design or development begins, we map out your store’s architecture and the experience your customers will have. You get a clear roadmap and a shared understanding of exactly what we’re building together.
03
Design & Creation
Your store’s key pages are designed with intention — blending conversion strategy, your brand identity, and user experience best practices. You’ll see and approve what your customers will experience before a single line of code is written.
04
Review & Refinement
Your feedback shapes the final product. We refine designs, adjust content, and make sure every detail aligns with your goals before development begins. Nothing moves forward until you’re confident in what’s been designed.
05
Build & Launch
Once designs are approved, your store is built inside WooCommerce — configured, optimized, tested across devices and browsers, and reviewed thoroughly before we go live. We launch together so you feel confident every step of the way.
06
Ongoing Support & Growth
Your store doesn’t just launch — it evolves. You receive 30 days of post-launch support, plus access to ongoing maintenance and growth services as your business scales.
* Timelines vary based on project scope and complexity. Simpler sites may launch faster; larger ecommerce builds may require additional time. I’ll provide a custom timeline during our discovery call.
WHY CRE8IVE OPTIONS
What Sets Our WooCommerce Work Apart
We’ve built WooCommerce stores for businesses across retail, wholesale, food and beverage, apparel, health and wellness, and more. Here’s what makes our approach different.
We Build Stores That Perform — Not Just Launch
A WooCommerce store that’s slow, unstable, or hard to manage is a liability. Every store we build is optimized for speed, tested for reliability, and set up in a way that makes it easy for you to run day-to-day. We’re not done when the site goes live — we’re done when it’s performing.
We Recommend What’s Right for You — Not What’s Easiest for Us
WooCommerce is the right answer for a lot of businesses — and the wrong answer for some. If Shopify, a different platform, or a simpler approach would serve you better, I’ll tell you that upfront. Our goal is to help you make the right decision, not to sell you a project.
We Understand Both WordPress and eCommerce
Building on WooCommerce means being fluent in two disciplines at once — WordPress development and ecommerce strategy. We bring both. That means you get a store that’s well-built technically, well-structured commercially, and designed to convert — not just a WordPress site with a shopping cart bolted on.

FAQS
Shopify Questions, Answered
Have a question that’s not covered here? We’re happy to talk through your project before you commit to anything.
What's the difference between WooCommerce and Shopify?
WooCommerce is a free, open-source plugin built on WordPress. You own everything — your data, your hosting, your code — and you have virtually unlimited flexibility to customize. Shopify is a hosted platform with a monthly fee that handles hosting and security for you but limits how much you can customize. WooCommerce gives you more control; Shopify gives you more convenience. The right choice depends on your business, your technical comfort level, and your long-term goals. I’m happy to help you think through it.
Do I need to already have a WordPress site to use WooCommerce?
No — WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin, so WordPress is required, but we can build your site and your store together from scratch. If you already have a WordPress site, we can add WooCommerce to it. Either way, we handle the full setup so your store is built on a solid foundation from the start.
Can you migrate my existing store to WooCommerce?
Yes. Whether you’re moving from Shopify, BigCommerce, Squarespace, or another platform, we can migrate your products, customer data, and order history to WooCommerce — with careful attention to preserving your SEO equity and minimizing disruption to your business during the transition.
How long does a WooCommerce project take?
Most WooCommerce builds run between four and ten weeks depending on the scope, the size of your catalog, and how much custom functionality is involved. Simpler stores with smaller catalogs move faster. Complex builds with custom integrations, wholesale tiers, or subscription products take more time. I’ll give you a realistic timeline during our discovery call — not an optimistic estimate that sets us both up for frustration.
Will I be able to manage my store myself after launch?
Yes — and making sure of that is part of every project we deliver. WooCommerce’s admin is intuitive once you know it, and we walk you through everything specific to your build: managing products, processing orders, running promotions, and reading your analytics. You’ll leave the project running your store confidently.
What if I already have a WooCommerce store that just needs work?
We handle WooCommerce redesigns, performance audits, plugin cleanup, and ongoing improvements for existing stores all the time. You don’t need to start from scratch to see a significant improvement. Tell me what’s not working and we’ll figure out the best path forward.
Do you offer ongoing support after my store launches?
Yes. Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support, and we offer ongoing maintenance plans for stores that need regular updates, security monitoring, plugin management, and performance upkeep. Your store needs attention after launch day — we make it easy to get it.
